We are a property management, sales and leasing company situated in East London, South Africa.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we manage several commercial and residential buildings. We have a well structured property management system in place. We use state of the art property management software to manage our property portfolio, ensuring that we are able to provide our Landlords with very accurate data and various financial reports.

We have a strong team playing an integral part in the day to day management and running of the properties under the management of Kei Commercial.

Our History

Kei Property Consultants cc was formed during 1995, of which Sonnette Stander was one of the members. The company started out in King William’s Town as a conventional estate agency dealing mainly in selling and renting of residential properties.

As time went by, the company became more and more involved in leasing and selling of commercial properties. During April 1998, Sonnette Stander became the Sole Member of the Close Corporation. At this time she became even more involved in the commercial field in the areas of commercial property management, selling, procurements of new tenants etc. At the end of October 2003, she sold off the King William’s Town Residential Division of the business, in order to focus predominantly on Commercial Properties. Sonnette Stander retained her Commercial Management Portfolio and relocated the company’s office to East London. The trade name was then changed to “Kei Commercial” as it stands today.
